Please join PRTC, along with Triathlete and Yoga instructor Michelle Tenczar, for an evening of Yoga for Triathletes. Learn the benefits of yoga for both pre- and post-workout to help balance the effects of swimming, biking and running on the body. Please bring a yoga mat and water. We will be in the Movement Room of Athletic & Rec Center
